"At the peak of what I believed were my healthiest years, my fertility was suffering. I will never forget getting my DUTCH hormone test results back and thinking the lab got my results messed up with someone who clearly didn't put as much time and energy into their health as I did.

 

Little did I know my so-called healthy habits, life-long people pleasing tendencies, and perfectionism were all painting the perfect picture of subfertility. I truly believe if I hadn't put in the work (starting years) before I was ready to get pregnant that I would have struggled with "unexplained infertility."

Helping people to get & stay pregnant was actually not at the top of my "Things I Want To Do When I Grow Up" list. But when conventional medicine failed to provide answers as to why I was experiencing recurrent pregnancy losses, this all changed.  My personal fertility struggles, endless research, and infertility trauma grew into formal training and now 1:1 coaching. Through one of the most difficult times in my life, I discovered a passion for educating and empowering others on their journey to a healthy pregnancy by implementing a whole body approach to resolving fertility challenges.  My mission to help women like you de-stress their fertility journey involves diving deeper into the intersection of your body and fertility needs, cultivating a curiosity of hormone patterns instead of fear, demystifying the world of clinical fertility, and ultimately empowering you to harness the benefits of whatever approach is best for you. My expertise has helped women navigate gut issues, thyroid problems, nervous system dysregulation, perfectionism, sleep disturbances, hormone imbalances, physical/mental stress of fertility procedures, miscarriage, and more. I have worked closely with some of the top fertility clinics in the nation on my own fertility journey and I look forward to using this intimate experience, along with my professional training, to help you build confidence in advocating for yourselves no matter where in the journey you are.

"After completing the most advanced certification for practitioners of personalized nutrition, I had the honor to work as lead LDN in a successful Functional Medicine practice. Those five years were spent supporting people who sought out better care for their health using whole food nutrition therapies. This science-informed, personalized approach helped hundreds of people to uncover the root cause of symptoms and optimize their quality of life.
